We are currently looking for a Retail Team Manager to manage our sales team. Responsibilities: To oversee the overall performance of the sales team by setting and reviewing regular objectives To engage, motivate and develop the sales team Manage sales, revenue and expenses reports Hit targets and achieve growth by effectively managing the team Understand the customers and how they relate to our products Suggest innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Address any potential problems and suggest solutions Identify hiring needs within the team Support the sales team with any day-to-day activities Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in a managerial position Dedicated to providing excellent customer service Highly organised
