National Account Manager - UK Hospitality Sales Up to £35,000 Company Car Stoke Our client is a world leader in high quality ceramic tableware and specialises in bringing the highest quality products to the hospitality industry. Get Recruited are looking for a National Account Manager to support this vibrant organisation grow. As a National Account Manager, you will be developing and maintaining relationships with Distributors, Principals and key decision makers as well as overseeing Account Management for existing clients. THE ROLE Work with the UK Sales & Marketing teams, both internally and externally, to identify opportunities and support existing business on a regional level. Effective management of Distributor's Showrooms by developing and implementing strategies to measure and grow footfall. Utilise CRM database to monitor and develop sales opportunities. Engage proactively with all stakeholders, both internally and externally. Meet Company Budgets, Growth Targets and deliver contribution in line with UK and Ireland Sales strategy. Engage with team members to help maintain a strong UK and Ireland sales team. Ensure growth plans are effectively maintained and reviewed quarterly with both the Sales Manager and distributors. Manage distributors in line with all commercial aspects of the role. Provide trade show support internally and externally. Merchandising distributor showrooms as and when required and in line with product launches. Identify potential new opportunities via social media and press market research. Identify any gaps in market sectors through research i.e. competitor analysis and internal engagement with marketing. Engage in both existing and prospective business to introduce our company. Be willing to travel throughout the UK - if required to cover requirements when necessary. Be willing to stay overnight when required. YOU Experience within a Sales role - 3 Years Being able to deal with telephone calls clearly and concisely. Able to be defuse any potential conflict scenarios. Ability to grow existing account base as well as developing new business. Being able to overcome objections when selling. Have a high attention to detail Able to plan meticulously. Competent in Microsoft Office programmes. Able to communicate using professional business language. Confident when speaking to others both one to one and when presenting to larger audiences. Communicate with people at all levels. Self-management - being able to prioritise under pressure. Represents the company in a professional and competent way in line with the business brand.
