Overview
This premier global firm is looking for a talented mid to senior level restructuring lawyer to work within its highly regarded top-tier restructuring team. You will work on mainly non-contentious restructuring maters including advising on: security, bond and loan documents, schemes of arrangements, appointment of administrators, company voluntary arrangements, directors duties, loan to own strategies as well as prepackaged administration sales of shares or businesses. As well as the former, you will be expected to coordinate advice from foreign law firms in relation to cross-border restructurings or insolvencies. If you are a common law qualified restructuring / special situations lawyer with non-contentious experience from a well-regarded London, Australian, New Zealand, or other international law firm practice then this is an opportunity not to be missed.
