Overview

The London office of a major international law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Asset finance lawyer, ideally with experience of ship finance, to join their team on an interim basis. They are hoping to find someone able to start straight away or in the near future, to work for 1-2 months, although this may well be extended. The London office is now working remotely so this role will be based at home, at least for the time being. The department act for major banks and financial institutions as well as private equity firms and funds, and ship owners on debt and mezzanine financing and restructuring.
