Manchester City Centre consultancy looking for Building Surveyor to boost their current team Your new company Your new company are a multi-disciplinary property consultancy with an excellent reputation throughout their UK offices. Your new role You will get a ton of variety in this position with both project and professional building surveying duties including building surveys, dilapidation's, party wall matters, contract admin, project management and presenting at client meetings. Alongside the varied workload, you will get the opportunity to expand your current experience across a range of sectors - you will predominantly be commercially focused, but with the consultancies management of work/projects across the healthcare, residential and retail/leisure sectors What you'll need to succeed What you'll need to be successful in your application for this role is to be MRICS qualified or previous commercial consultancy experience with ideally 12 months APC diary logged. As you will be required to drive for the position a full clean driving licence is also required.
