An award-winning hugely ambitious Building Surveying Consultancy are looking to appoint an Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding Manchester Team. With incredibly scope for progression the successful Building Surveyor will be joining a consultancy that are continually developing and growing both their client relationships and services lines. Coming in as an Associate Director, the successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to undertake a mixed role covering both project and professional services whilst also taking a collaborative approach to the leadership of the building surveying team. Typical instructions could include: Dilapidations Project management Technical due diligence The Company?
