An industry leading, commercial property consultancy are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their forward thinking, client focused Manchester office. With exception progression routes, the successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to undertake instructions on some of the North Wests most exciting and high profile projects. The Role of the Building Surveyor? As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be exposed to a wide range of instructions including but not limited to: Defect Diagnosis Dilapidations Party wall matters The Company? A nationally renowned consultancy with a highly established presence across the UK with ambitious plans for growth over the next 12 months. The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a consultancy at a period of expansion which will create ample opportunity for career progression to the more senior levels. The Building Surveyor?
