Residential surveyor/ MRICS/ Valuation/ Consultancy/ Glasgow/ Vacancy Your new company Hays have been approached by one of the top real estate consultancies to help them recruit a residential surveyor into their growing team in Glasgow. This consultancy have over 15 offices throughout the UK and act for all major building societies, banks and lending/financial institutions. Due to a large pipeline of work, the Glasgow office are looking to grow their team and would like to make an appointment as soon as possible. As a residential surveyor you will undertake home reports and mortgage valuations for a range of local and national clients. What you'll need to succeed - Relevant degree and RICS qualified - Previous experience working in a real estate consultancy - A sound knowledge of the Scottish property market - Knowledge of the Glasgow area would be beneficial but not essential.
