Brook Street Lincoln are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to work as part of a successful commercial team recruiting for permanent roles across North and central Lincolnshire. You will be required to deal with clients face to face and via telephone so you must be professional and have excellent communication skills. A full driving licence is a must so you can visit your clients across our area. You will need a proactive approach to sales as you will generate leads required to maximise the business opportunities in the area and then convert these into new business opportunities. Along with sales skills there is also an emphasis on customer care as you will be required to build relationships with both new and existing clients. We are looking for a confident, ambitious and resilient individual who thrives in a competitive environment which at times can be challenging but makes it even more rewarding. The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment or sales experience but other candidates will be considered as we provide full and comprehensive training and development. In exchange for the above we offer a competitive salary, attractive bonus scheme, weekly and monthly incentives and 22 days holiday plus banks holidays (increases with length of service).
