The purpose of the job is to be a key member of the property management team, delivering a comprehensive range of property management services across a portfolio of Commercial and Industrial properties in the Midlands area. To be considered for this opportunity, you will be an experienced property professional looking for the next step in your career in to a senior role where you will deliver high quality property management services. The opportunity will suit a candidate with experience in property management within a multi-disciplinary team. Ideally you will be MRICS or working towards your APC.
