Overview
Your new company Our clients are one of the largest small business landlords serving businesses in the UK. They have a diverse property portfolio including railway arches, station buildings and other prominent estates across the country. Your new role You will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the Regional Property Management Team and be accountable for the delivery of a front-line customer focused, property and facilities management service to, whilst minimising risks to our client. You will define, develop and deliver new property management and customer service strategies as well as supervising and monitoring the scoping, procurement and delivery of all reactive, re-letting and service charge works required within London. You will ensure and monitor the delivery of value for money services across the service charge estates within the region and manage the respective budgets and assure full recovery of all relevant service charges from tenants where applicable. You will need to manage and respond to all tenant issues and communications in relation to general enquiries, repairs and maintenance, credit control, covenant compliance, service charges and health and safety. You will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the Tenancy Termination Process, including instructions for dilapidations as appropriate and you will be the person responsible for fire responsible for all vacant properties and common areas. What you'll need to succeed MRICS qualified (at least 5 years PQE) Educated to degree level or equivalent A proven track record in Property and/or Facilities Management Strong people management experience and leadership skills Strong customer focus & safety ethos Positive and proactive team player.
