An industry leading nationally operating property and building consultancy located in central Manchester are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their expanding, client focused team. After having a record breaking year over the past 12 months the consultancy is looking to build upon their Neighbourly matters service line by appointing a Building Surveyor with an entrepreneurial attitude to lead this service in the region. The Role of the Building Surveyor? With a primary focus on Neighbourly Matters, the successful Building Surveyor will be responsible for leading this service line across the North West region, with support of the wider neighbourly matters consultancy team, with typical instructions including: Rights to Light Party wall Access arrangement The Company?
