We’re looking for a Junior CRM Executive to join our CRM Team. You’ll be working closely with our CRM Manager and Head of CRM to plan, create and send campaigns to our international customer base. You’ll also play a key role in analysing the results and optimising campaigns. Here's what you'll be doing in your first year: Email Marketing Campaign Execution Create email marketing campaigns using our drag and drop email editor Ensure all email campaigns are built to a high standard, tested and deployed on time Use dynamic content to create a personalised experience for the customer Identify and build customer segments for broadcast and targeted email campaigns Work with colleagues to join up marketing campaigns across CRM and paid marketing channels Brainstorm new ideas for email campaigns with Commercial and Creative Teams CRM Campaign Reporting: Report on CRM campaign performance, using learnings to optimise future campaigns Analyse data from our CRM tool, Google Analytics and our BI tool, Looker Use data to inform new A/B testing ideas to improve channel performance Analyse A/B test results and communicate the results to the Creative Team Support the CRM Manager with performance reporting in weekly and monthly meetings Support the CRM Manager and Head of CRM in: Executing web push, SMS and direct mail CRM campaigns Populating the global CRM campaign planner Ensuring CRM campaigns are clearly briefed to the Creative Team Optimising automated customer journeys Developing CRM strategy Requirements Hopefully you'll have some or all of the following: Be familiar with CRM/email marketing Be comfortable with using an ESP/CRM system to create and send email marketing campaigns and build customer segments Understand email marketing best practice trends and regulations Comfortable with analysing data, problem solving and making decisions. Be keen to develop your skills in email automation and personalisation Have strong time management and communication skills Be interested in the world of publishing, technology and personalisation Desirable Skills: Knowledge of HTML or CSS Google Analytics Looker CRM experience Benefits Our founders, Asi and David, and now the whole team of 50 people at Wonderbly, believe strongly that our unique culture has driven the success of the business since 2014.
