BI Technical Compliance - COO Compliance
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Provide in-depth guidance on relevant EME rules and regulations, including those relating to EMIR, MiFID2, Client Money and Assets, Manage the resolution of regulatory issues including any internal escalation and where appropriate, to engage with Regulatory Relations, Assist in the review of New Product or other enhanced transactional or business approvals, Assist in the development and the roll-out of bespoke Compliance training programmes, Coordinate and manage regulatory audits and queries when required, Support the Team’s assurance objectives though through the completion of detailed analysis and investigation, Provide a flexible and open approach to work in accordance with the fungible support model operated in the Glasgow office.
