Head of RFP Team Securities Services - Asia and EMEA
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Manages the regional teams in the creation and timely delivery of complex, high quality responses to prospective client proposals, DDQs, presentations and general business related materials. Ensures that the end product best articulates how the Citi end to end solution can add value for our prospective clients. Responsible for forging strong productive partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Product, Subject Matter expertise and other control functions to create top class externally facing materials specifically aimed at increasing the businesses chances of success in capturing new client mandates. This role is be responsible for managing the EMEA and APAC prioritization efforts with the various sales leads in each region with the mandate across large scale global businesses with presence in over 60 countries. Responsible for ensuring the messaging and information is consistent with business objectives and strategic messaging and maintain control and governance across a large set of corporate information. In addition it is expected that this position will own and develop a best in class tool set and end to end process for the creation of the RFPs and responses produced by a top class team of RFP professionals with scaleability built in The RFP Manager is accountable to embed a culture across the wider team with an understanding our clients’ key business needs and collaborate with a cross-section of internal partners to package bids that are both compelling and accurately reflect our service capabilities.
