Overview

You will lead and direct the personal development agenda across College for all ages and lead and direct the personalised learning journey including pastoral support. You will be educated to degree level and possess a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent). Experience of leading and mentoring a team is essential together with experience of demonstrating a learner centred approach to teaching, learning and assessment. You will also have experience of successful application of attendance and retention strategies.
