Overview
An Ambitious Retailer are looking for a Supply Planner to join their well performing business. The role is to manage the E2E Supply Chain for one of their largest suppliers planning and managing stock from the supplier warehouse into the retailers warehouses then out to satisfy store and online demand. Client Details The Client are a retail business based in South East London, who have an omni-channel presence and are performing very well in the current climate. They are by no means the biggest business in what they do, but they are run so well that they manage to generate significant results and want more like minded people on board to help them make a difference. Description As Supply Planner you will be responsible for Working collaboratively with the supplier to build and maintain a rolling 12 week forecast Working with the internal buying team to adapt the forecast according to sales and demand Ordering product from supplier, managing product supply into company warehouses (and between warehouses where necessary), then managing product into store estate, ensuring sales opportunities are maximised in each store and territory. Effectively plan and execute promotional plans Ensuring optimised availability across all lines and stores at all times. Profile The Successful Supply Planner will Be a supply chain expert, having worked in a demand planning/ supply planning position for the majority of their career to date Have great numerical skills Have owned the demand forecast and have examples of accurate forecasts they have put together Have owned and planned product flow from supplier to company warehouse, and then out to fulfil stores and online demand Be able to work in a fast placed, ever adapting environment Be entrepreneurial and take ownership and accountability of their role and look for continuous improvements at all times. Be able to commute to South East London on a daily basis. Job Offer The Successful Supply Planner will be working in a fast pace retail environment and have access to some incredible, entrepreneurial and ambitious professionals. The salary on offer will be between £30-35k depending on experience to date and internal benchmarking
