Fundamental to the College’s forward-thinking strategy is support for the environment and food supply in Greater London and the southeast An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader in Horticulture. The post-holder will join the School of Horticulture & Landscaping team, responsible for delivering Horticulture & Landscaping courses to students across centres. The ideal candidate will manage and develop part-time adult student curriculum areas, ensuring all courses run smoothly with well-planned coordination between delivery staff, assessors, verifiers and students. The Team Leader will ensure all relevant paperwork/records are completed from enrolment and registration of students through to tracking achievement and claiming results. The successful candidate will lead, manage and develop part-time courses within the parameters set by the Head of School. What’s in it for you?
