Day Webster are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who has experience working in the Insurance Recruitment industry. We are based in Debden, Essex and are a 5-minute walk from Debden train station. Our Insurance Recruitment division strive to be the best at meeting the recruitment needs of our both our candidates and clients. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the success of the overall team process. The role is fast paced and requires high levels of attention to detail, concentration and productivity to find candidates on behalf of client companies to fill permanent job positions. The recruitments consultant's role is the vital link between candidates and clients; it involves attracting business from client companies by using sales, business development and marketing techniques. Great salary and commission structure
