Overview
Who You'll Be Working With My client are a London digital and branding agency with a strong range of clients globally. They have an established and highly collaborative digital team in place and are now looking for a senior project manager to join as the account director's right hand person. Collaboration is at the heart of the agency - both within the London offices and with clients overseas and they have a strong, open culture which encourages people to contribute ideas no matter their level in the business. Although this is the only PM in the digital team, they do have a very well established branding division which is packed with great account and project managers so you certainly won't be isolated What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Project Manager you will be overseeing a range of projects delivering site build, product build and experience design along with some digital campaigns across social and content. This will including budgeting, managing timescales, and then overseeing teams on a project by project basis. You'll have an excellent creative and technical team behind you to help you leaving you free to be take a more strategic viewpoint while still having a strong focus on delivery. Who You'll Be You will have a great understanding of both digital build and campaigns work, this role sits quite nicely between the two so an interest in both helps You'll also have experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams across both UX and UI design, motion and code prototyping, front and back-end development, and good knowledge of various digital design approaches, methodologies and tools including both waterfall and agile. The usual character traits also apply - we want somebody who is positive, energetic and curious, with a can-do attitude and a knack for organisation.
