Legal Headhunter Graduate Scheme - Legal Headhunter Position: Legal Headhunter Location: London (City of London) Start Date: ASAP Interviewing: ASAP Our client: Our client is the largest and most successful legal headhunting firm in Europe, currently they make the most profit per head of any recruitment company in Europe. They headhunt mid to senior level legal professionals into the Magic Circle, Silver Circle, Top 50 and Top 100 Law firms in the UK. In 2019 out all the partners that moved firms, 80% went through our client. Last year the top biller of this legal headhunting firm generated £4 Million, of which he took home over £1.3 million for themselves. Currently they have 14 offices worldwide, including London, Paris, Sydney, Berlin, Frankfurt, Madrid and many more. Speaking and meeting with these professionals daily, travelling around London if needed to meet the very best. Headhunting involves mapping out where the best candidates sit in the best Law firms around the world. As a headhunter you will need the resilience to keep searching and talking to the best candidates. Requirements: 2:1/ 1:1 degree from a top 50 UK university (or equivalent international university) with strong A-Levels (A’s and B’s) Consistent working history Relevant working history is preferable (B2B Sales/ B2C Sales/ Door to Door Sales/ Fundraising Sales/ Telesales/ Sales) Legal work experience/ legal degree is preferable but not necessary Strong personality Confident but not arrogant Team player but can work on their own Apply today we’re interviewing ASAP Graduate Leaders Graduate financial recruitment Graduate legal recruitment.
