Start or develop your career as a home Care Assistant with Martlets Care. We are expanding our high quality care services for individuals in their own homes in the local community, across Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas, in order to fulfill increasing levels of demand for our services. We seek both experienced carers and individuals who are keen to learn and start their care career with us. We're now recruiting for Care Assistants to join us to work daytimes, evenings, weekends or nights. You let us know your availability and the hours you can routinely and reliably work to fit with your lifestyle and commitments. For this role you will need to be caring, reliable and a driver with your own transport. Free full training is provided, and time spent training is paid. Our Care Assistants provide personal care, help with daily living and companionship services to adults with varying medical or mobility conditions. Competitive pay above the local living wage - from £9.40-£18.80 per hour (rates at 1st April). Includes enhanced pay rates for evenings and weekends and double pay for bank holidays. Excellent benefits included - either bank work or employment contract with guaranteed hours. Paid travel time between calls and mileage contribution.
