Mackinnon Bruce are working closely with one of the UK's leading luxury care providers to source an experienced Commissioning Manager for an exciting opportunity on the South East Coast. The Role: The role is for a Registered Home Manager with experience working closely with senior management teams to commission a new elderly care home. Job duties include; Work closely with the Senior Management Team to market the home and create a popular and supportive home in the local community Ensuring the home is fully compliant with all CQC regulations Build strong relationships and links with both the external professionals and the local community Manage set budgets effectively Market, recruit, lead and inspire staff to build a strong team and deliver the highest quality of person centred care Take part in internal quality audits to ensure the home is run in accordance with the companies mission.
