Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Lead a team of Sourcing Category Managers located in various countries to set the strategic direction for categories within the People Services Category Group and efficiently source the products, services, and solutions within these categories. Continuously develop the unit’s competence, capability, and efficiency Manage the units’ performance to achieve the agreed Sourcing results Strenghten the company’s competitive edge by improving value from suppliers, proactively managing business risks and ensuring process compliance, and contributing to the creation of value for the company Customers. Collaborate with People Services industry specialists and internal partners to improve service levels and reduce cost and spend. Build and manage all commercial relationships with suppliers, including accountability for the purchase to pay process for BSS suppliers. Lead, prepare & execute the Source to Agree process, including effective use demand management, Bid Calendar, Global Price Books and RFx process, including eAuctions. Conduct supplier negotiations Ensure proper supplier agreement hygiene – using the correct company agreement templates, proper agreement signing, and diligent implementation (storage and Call-Off) of the Purchase-to-Pay process 5-10 years of sourcing experience in People Services categories in a global arena 3-5 years of leadership experience and remote management skills Proven management skills in a multi-country, service focused environment Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge Change & Improvement Management Skills Commercial and Financial Acumen & Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Positive, can-do attitude Outstanding collaboration skills with proven ability to work cross-organization to accomplish shared goals Analytical and fact-based decision making Deciding and initiating action Ability to deliver results & meet expectations Coaching & Mentoring Skills Negotiation Skills Proficient English Skills Bachelor’s or Master's degree required, preferably in the field of business, finance, legal or management
