Area Sales Manager - Electrical Products Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Electrical Products Industry Sector: Electrical Products, Electrical Wholesalers, Wholesalers, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Electrical Distributors, Water Heaters, Radiators, Underfloor Heating, Smart Controls Area to be covered: East Anglia (CB, CO, SS, IP, NN, NR, PE, CM, HP, LU, AL, MK, SG) Remuneration: £30,000 £12,000 - £15,000 uncapped commission Benefits: company car and full comprehensive benefits package The role of the Area Sales Manager - Electrical Products will involve: Field sales position selling a high quality range of electrical products such as: radiators, towel rails, water heaters, under floor heating systems and smart controls 80% of your time will be spent selling into the electrical wholesalers and electrical distributors The remaining 20% of your time will be spent stimulating demand and selling directly to electrical contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors Will be given circa 400 electrical wholesale accounts to manage Inherit a territory currently turning over just shy of £1m Will be working closely with internal sales team focused on the electrical wholesale route to market Understanding the requirements of the customer and identifying the appropriate products for their needs/wants Covering a territory that will include the whole East Anglia The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager - Electrical Products with: Must have sales experience selling into electrical wholesalers and electrical distributors OR work for an electrical wholesalers looking to step out onto the road Must have knowledge of electrical products such as: radiators, towel rails, water heaters, under floor heating systems and smart controls Ideally have sold to electrical contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors (not essential) A hungry 'go-getter’ Hungry, driven and ambitious A reliable professional who will look to grow the patch and manage it as their own business Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, Construction field sales vacancies and Specification field sales positions within: Electrical Products, Electrical Wholesalers, Wholesalers, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Electrical Distributors, Water Heaters, Radiators, Underfloor Heating, Smart Controls
