Overview
THE FIRM: Our client is a leading law firm with an excellent reputation, serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients. THE ROLE: A new role has arisen for an ambitious property finance lawyer to join a leading real estate finance team, which advises on a broad range of in-depth structured real estate finance (secured and unsecured) deals. You will be assisting with the project management of Real Estate Finance deals and in the structuring of transactions THE CANDIDATE: To be considered you will be a property finance lawyer NQ-2PQE with a proven track record of working on real estate finance gained at a national or City law firm. You will have the ability to draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents and related CP's and a good understanding of key Real Estate and Finance concepts. Ideally you will have experience of project managing a finance transaction and be able to draft and negotiate credit, security, intercreditor and corporate documents. You will be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have high levels of initiative and motivation with clear and concise communication skills.
