You will join this fast-growing property company and directly contribute to the growth of the business by helping to define and implement the sales strategy for the company. TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manage an international sales team Set down personal and team sales targets and ensure that your team has the right tools to achieve those aims, as well as motivating, coaching and mentoring the best talent Identifying skills short falls and ensuring that the team has the correct ongoing training Work to agreed personal and team revenue target Create the sales and marketing strategy, tactics, plans and set profit targets Produce regular sales reports for the Head Office PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: manage existing client relationships and establish new relationships Directly selling off-plan residential properties to clients Provide an outstanding and attentive, customer services at all times Encourage repeat business DOCUMENTATION MANAGEMENT: ensure that Reservation paperwork is done accurately Liaise with the Conveyance Manager to "unblock" issues in the sales-to-exchange process EVENT PLANNING: Create and organise events to attract potential investors. Prepare all marketing collateral in advance of a sales launch Requirements 10 years' UK property background experience and awareness of property-related regulations and legislation 5 years' experience in managing a team Fluent Mandarin and English Right to work in the UK without restrictions Due to the large volume of applications we receive, unfortunately, we are not able to provide feedback every applicant.
