They are seeking Head of Tenancy Management to join their Property Management team in prime Central London. It will start as a maternity cover contract but there could be opportunities for a permanent role on completion. Head of Tenancy Management - key duties Managing a team of 6-8 Arranging gas safety checks Booking pre-tenancy works Liaising with Landlords and Tenants Monitor and negotiate renewals of tenancies in the portfolio Dealing with deposit claims and release Liaising with Tenants and Landlords Head of Tenancy Management - character profile Previous experience in Tenancy or Property Management Solid understanding of Lettings Ideally level 3 Technical Award Intelligent, articulate and focuses Personable and able to build rapport quickly Excellent communication and telephone skills Good time management Head of Tenancy Management - package Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm £25,000-£33,000 Please get in contact asap for more information on this role as a Head of Tenancy Management
