Overview
Contracts Manager - EV Charging Infrastructure - Coventry Piper Maddox are currently working with Energy Leader who is on a mission to serve communities with the latest Clean-Tech Products. After an impressive joint venture, the organisation is seeking to implement a leading EV Charging Network across the UK. In order to drive this new initiative, they are seeking a add a Contracts Manager to maintain their existing key customer and contract relationships, working closely with other business functions to manage the delivery and performance of contracts. In return the successful Contracts Manager will receive a competitive salary and attractive benefits. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for: -Commercial Management of existing EV ChargePoint contracts, Ensuring the provisions of contracts are maintained and invoked as projects progress -Manage the revenue growth of the EV charging network as appropriate to meet the business targets -Overseeing appropriate legal agreements, in conjunction with Legal department, for counterparties such as customers, awarding authorities, OEMs, suppliers or site hosts. -Collaborating across the business with other functional leaders including ICT, Business Development, Marketing, Delivery and Operations to ensure contract is delivered as per scope and client requirements -Brining a commercial focus to all key business decisions to guarantee all procurement and contract management processes deliver value for money for the business. Skills, knowledge and experience: -Strong commercial acumen and business understanding. -Customer relationship management, effective communication and implementing suitable business processes. -Track record of successful negotiation and management of contracts. -Understanding of UK Construction and Safety Regulations. -A minimum of 4 years' experience in a commercial, financial or other relevant field.
