Overview

Salary from £46,100 to £53,295 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £59,354 pa inclusive of London allowance LSE’s Communication Division leads and coordinates internal and external communications for the School and also offers communication advice, training and support. The division’s Digital Team defines and supports digital products including Student Hub, the LSE website, and our blogging platform. It is also involved in digital project delivery, digital content strategy, and training. The Digital Product Lead will have responsibility for the management and development of our Student Hub product, and will also help determine how our division’s current and future digital products support the School’s 2030 strategic objectives. You will also be directly responsible for assisting the Head of Digital in developing our approach to creating successful digital products. Key skills & experience required for the role include: Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering successful digital products Excellent communications skills, able to articulate the benefits of products & product features and the value of user-centred design approaches Experience in using contemporary product management tools and techniques Ability to deliver positive outcomes for users, balancing competing demands from different stakeholder groups We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave and excellent training and development opportunities.
