Overview
The Staffing Network Limited is a labour provider across the UK. Due to planned growth within our business, we are recruiting for team members to work in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. The Staffing Network has been established for 5 years and is primarily a recruiter in the Driving and Industrial sectors. We are REC and FTA Driver Agency Excellence Scheme members, Disability confident and Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Awarded. We are opening a new office in Swadlincote Derbyshire to service our client base. The vacancy we have is operate a driving or industrial desk as a Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate will have:- Experience working in a busy recruitment agency office - preferably in Driving or Industrial / Warehousing Experience dealing with Drivers, and an understanding of driver hours and regulations Experience of working in a 360 role Able to work on warm sales leads and generate sales Dealing with new and existing clients and workers Able to work using own initiaitive with support from our team We offer:- An industry standard salary Achievable targets Uncapped bonus and commission scheme Laptop & mobile phone Flexible working Dress down Fridays Support and training and career growth Staff benefits Scheme including shopping discounts, healthcare, etc Opportunities for management - the office does not have a manager as yet Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant is essential, however Business to Business sales development in the transport industry would be considered.
