We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Advising Legal, Compliance and business colleagues on potentially contentious matters Handling regulatory and competition enforcement matters, litigation and all forms of dispute resolution Leading internal investigations Advising Compliance colleagues on regulatory inquiries Advising Legal colleagues on issues of privilege, governing law and jurisdiction Instructing and managing outside counsel Significant post qualification experience required in a leading law firm or financial institution Team player with the ability to respond and be flexible to client demands, whilst adhering to firm policies and group practices
