Do you have a proven track record of offering excellent customer service to businesses? Want to work for an international distributor of chemical products? Randstad are currently assisting a distributor of chemical products based in Trafford Park to recruit for a customer service executive. This position has come about due to natural business growth meaning you are joining the business at a great time. This position is Monday - Friday (days) To be considered for this role: - You will have proven customers service experience in a B2B setting - Experience of up selling and managing existing customers - Excellent data input skills - Ability to manage and liaise with internal stakeholders (Transport and Sales) - Experience in a similar industry eg. Distribution, Manufacturing, Engineering On offer is a competitive basic salary with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonus which could increase your annual take home by another £1000, you will also get the opportunity to work closely with a number of other teams within the business and allow doe potential internal moves.
