Overview
We have an exciting new role available for an experienced Telesales professional for an exciting opportunity within the electrical industry. Our client is a specialist electrical sales and hire company based in Merton looking for a new addition to the team. As a Telesales executive, you will be responsible for actively supporting the team in the growth of the business and ensuring that customer service is consistently to a high standard. An interest in test equipment and experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage, although not essential as full training will be given. Responsibilities: To improve relations with existing wholesale customers. Actively targeting of wholesale customers to improve sales and margin performance along with actively promoting our calibration, hire & repairs services. Proactively seeking new business opportunities with new customers in the wholesale, FM, large contractors and large commercial businesses. Producing timely and accurate customer quotations. Booking equipment in and out on existing computer system Essential Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work accurately at all times. Previous experience in a proactive Telesales role.
