Overview
A well-established manufacturer of heavy-duty industrial products such as heavy-duty industrial wheels and castors is recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative to join the business on temporary to permanent basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good negotiating skills and sound knowledge about heavy-duty industrial products such as heavy-duty industrial wheels, castors, axles, axle brackets etc. Experience of Sage would be an advantage but is not essential. Key tasks: dealing with email and phone enquiries within a busy sales department entering sales orders and queries onto the internal system quoting high value customers offering technical advice to enquiries, when needed dealing with returns and credits liaising with production, design and accounts departments working closely with design and engineering departments attend production and sales meetings when required dealing with customers face to face if they decide to visit the site The working hours will be Monday- Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm with half an hour for lunch. The basic salary range is £18,000-£26,000 depending on experience monthly bonus once permanent. Contributory pension scheme, 20 8BH holidays increasing to 25 after 2 years’ employment and free parking. To apply please email your CV in Word format.
