Overview
The Telesales Manager will be representing a FMCG company. Based from offices in North London, you will be managed and coach 24 telesales executives, responsible for lead generation and booking meetings for the field sales team. To be successful in this role you must have previous people management experience within FMCG. We are seeking a candidate who enjoys leading by example and bringing the best out in others, you will encourage and lead your team to greatness. With your in-depth expertise and experience in sales coaching, you will set a high bar for excellent results and will work with each of your team to achieve the same. You strive for continuous improvement, always working out ways to develop your teams’ skills and results. Skills & Attributes: Must have sales contact centre leadership experience Must have managed a telesales in FMCG. Proven expert in sales and coaching Ability to recruit the best talent, train and build a scalable sales team Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across business with peers, subordinates and supervisors, both written and verbal The ability to engage, evaluate and develop people and their performance New business focused - tenacious and driven Worked in call centre environment Driving license
