Overview
We are delighted to be working with an established client who is looking to employ a Nordic Account Manager for their current and potential customers Main Purpose of Job: Responsible for developing and increasing sales to assigned Danish, Swedish and Finnish customers which may be a mixture of partner distributive, wholesale, retail and on-line customers. Grow in-store presence by increasing their distribution and improving their display. Implement activities to increase Brand presence and unit Rate of Sale. Grow on-line presence by ensuring the premium positioning is strengthened and customers are portraying Brand and products to their standards. Manage thier customers’ experience of - product knowledge, order fulfilment, proactive communications. Ensures company sales goals, expenditure budgets and profitability area achieved. Main Tasks of Job: Present and sell Company products to current and potential customers. Develop & maintain business account plans in line with strategy. Prepare and execute action plans on schedule to achieve goals. Prepare and communicate timely sales forecasts to help internal production planning and to deliver customer service. Coordinate and liaise with colleagues to accomplish the work required. Ensure is presented on-brand, both in-store, in print & on-line - at all times. Prepare presentations, proposals, marketing and advertising plans to grow sales within budgeted expenditure. Develop and maintain sales materials and personal product knowledge. Establish, develop and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Follow up on new leads and referrals.
