Overview
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate level RICS Registered Valuation Surveyor to join the Valuation team of a firm with a rapidly growing infrastructure within their London based team. This role will be serving the Central London area. The main focus will be housing led redevelopments, land assembly and acquisitions across residential, commercial and agricultural sectors. Placed in a great area just a short walk from Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations. The successful Senior Surveyor would need to be passionate about the valuations market as well as the property industry as a whole and be able to promote the service line as well as taking on a wide discipline of tasks as part of the team. The Successful Valuation Surveyor Associate level RICS registered Valuer. Strong technical and analytical capability. Contribute to business development and client management. Team player with great leadership potential. Provide timely and accurate information and actively manage own time and time recording. Manage/mentor one or more graduates. Injecting internal debate and discussion on the market and implications for value. Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Excel.
