We are actively seeking experienced Recruiters to join our London office in 2020. We are primarily looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 - 3 years' proven sales experience as a 360 sales consultant. The ideal candidate will have skills in the following areas: · Strong sales skills · Must be very organised and excellent at planning your own workload · A strong background of working to KPI's and managing them accordingly · Excellent negotiation skills · Strong candidate and client management skills · Very strong relationship building skills · Demonstrable track record in new business development · Willing to work hard and go the extra mile · Highly focused, goal oriented, motivated and driven For those who do not have all of the above skills but are passionate about recruitment and want to further develop their skill set and career, we would still be really interested in hearing from you.
