Launched in April 2013, Fire Tech is the UKs leading specialised technology day camp focusing on children aged 9-17. Fire Techs mission is to get young people creating and innovating using technology. Students design, experiment, look for feedback from peers and tutors, iterate, and pivot when necessary all skills that we believe will be crucial for todays students to become creative, resilient, adaptable adults. Fire Tech is looking for tutors to teach Junior Coder at our after school sessions in Bristol to students 8-13 years of age. Full curriculum and training will be provided (if you have lots of experience working with kids but less experience working with STEM- don't worry we will train you)! This Junior Coder course is paying 40 per session and runs from 15.15-16.15, every Wednesday starting on the 22nd April until the 1st July (apart from the 27th May). You must be available to teach on all of these dates to be considered for this position.
