Overview
Our client has over 25 years experience in design and install of Security and Fire systems and achieved the recognised NSI Gold Status. They would now like to appoint an experienced Operations Leader to support them in their next stage of development and growth. The Role Single point of contact for all operational and financial engagement with clients Highlight to Line Manger any operational, financial and commercial risks/issues in contract documents Monitoring compliance with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met as per contractual specification, develop remediation plans for any deviations. Provide proactive ongoing coaching and training to motivate and retain field service force. Ensure that all Forecast/budget figures are met for all contracts. Key Skills and Qualifications: Ability and motivation to work under pressure and to tight time scales. Within area of responsibility able to work effectively on their own initiative. Good planning and organisation skills Able to engage and motivate a field based operational team. Good team and communication skills.
