Overview

Our client is a leading main contractor operating in the Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Building markets with a blue chip client list and a reputation for delivery. They wish to appoint a Managing Director for their Civil Engineering company. The Role • Reporting directly to the European Board you will have full P&L and strategic accountability for the Civil Engineering business. • You will possess a strong sense of strategy to target profitable markets to ensure profitable turnover growth. The Requirement • Degree & MBA qualified you will have proven track record of leadership in the Civil Engineering arena with a main contractor. • You will be an effective communicator and possess the necessary leadership and gravitas to deliver corporate goals and strategy.
