Overview
Are you dedicated to customer service and are striving to build your sales career in the automotive industry with a prestige brand? As a Sales Executive working for a Jaguar Land Rover Retailer you will work closely with customers to offer tailored options to meet their personal needs, encouraging long-term customer engagement. You are an integral part of the customer experience, using your listening and interpersonal skills to give the customer a prestige experience. In this customer first environment you will be achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets and will be provided with extensive product training to support your knowledge of the products available, including Vehicle Specs, finance packages, insurance and accessories. Job responsibilities You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Excellent communication and questioning skills with the ability to build strong relationships, generating customer referrals. Can build lasting relationships with all customers to ensure repeat custom. Previous experience and knowledge of a sales and team focused role. Ability to achieve a performance standard against a set targets monthly and quarterly. Able to organise and prioritise work effectively. Can follow a process and complete paperwork accurately within a set timescale. Maintain product knowledge, keeping up to date with industry developments and seek training or mentoring opportunities. Full UK Driving License. Ideally you will have: Sales experience in a face to face environment, ideally in an automotive retail business. Experience in making sales calls/prospecting warm leads. Prior experience of financial products and plans. Why work for us?
