Job Description
The role As a Sales Advisor you are an ambassador for the franchise Brand you represent, we pride ourselves on delivering an impeccable customer experience 100% of the time. Our Sales Executives demonstrate exquisite levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, efficient and attentive service, showcasing the unique features of the cars they are selling and guiding each customer through the sales process flawlessly. Alongside this our Sales Advisors strive to achieve all set objectives and maximise every sales opportunity. Their negotiation and influencing skills help to build positive and professional relationships with our customers to ensure long term sustainability of the business. Whilst a background in sales is helpful, it is not essential and we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills including retail sales, Call Centres, Estate Agencies, Banking and Financial Services. Working hours Full time opportunities with flexibility on days worked. Your responsibilities * Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve vehicle sales and profit targets; * Proactively prospect new and existing customers to maintain your database and ensure repeat business; * Build rapport with customers, accurately assess their needs and recommend the most suitable products and services; * Create and coordinate customer appointments, schedule test drives and arrange handover appointments; and * Support the Sales Administrators with accurately processing all documentation relating to vehicle sales including vehicle orders and finance agreements. What makes an exceptional Sales Advisor? * A proven record of achieving targets and a determination to overachieve; * Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate credibly with our customers and your colleagues; * Ability to work under pressure and confident taking individual responsibility for contributing to the success of the sales team; * Good administration and diary management skills; * Knowledge of FCA regulations is desirable but not essential as training will be given; and * Full UK driving licence.
