Overview
Account Executive Team Leader Theale to £40k plus 6k OTE JOB SUMMARY The Renewals Team Leader is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all Maintenance and Subscription contracts for direct and channel Customers. Additionally the role is responsible for delivering specific commercial analysis and insight into business performance. JOB DESCRIPTION - Providing management and leadership to a team of Renewals Executives; supporting them in the day-to-day activities and promoting effective team work - Creating an inspiring team environment with an open culture - Reporting and forecasting a variety of revenue streams on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. - Processing contract amendments, realignments, merges, cancellations - Investigating contract novations, orders/accounts history and prices - Investigating suspended contracts, statements, usage and on-boarding issues - Creating opportunities on Salesforce for non-auto renewing contracts - Providing renewal quotations - Providing ad-hoc reports to Account Managers/customers on request - Flagging to Account Managers/Customer Success Team contracts for possible cross selling/contract uplifts - Automating/optimising departmental processes - Collecting, checking and transforming data from different sources, including directly from customers - Monitoring revenue variances and identifying risk accounts/contracts. - Analysing sales trends and market fluctuations - Compiling and presenting ongoing daily, weekly and monthly reports, flowcharts and charts - Tracking key performance indicators - Analysing customer attrition - Responding in a timely manner to contract based queries from; Customers, Partners and Suppliers - Working alongside other departments within the business such us Order Admin, Credit Control, Revenue, Professional Services, Customer Success and Sales KEY SKILLS Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory for this position Prior experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Salesforce would be advantageous French or German language would be desirable
