Talent Acquisition or Internal recruitment is a sales role, make no mistake this is no easier than being a 360 recruitment consultant, if anything its more challenging. You will be part of the most important team in the business, integral to helping Roc Search achieving its growth and headcount goals. You will be building relationships with candidates both over the phone and in person, from qualification through to interview and form excellent relationships with all the hiring managers in the business so you can succesfully recruit into and grow their teams.
