Our Ideal Account Manager: To become our next successful Account Manager, we are seeking a candidate who maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives. The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. In order to develop the business, the Account Manager will be responsible for these key sections: Achieve incremental sales growth within allocated Major Accounts via Working with the sales and delivery teams Pre-sales activity Post sales smooth transition to the delivery project team Represent the client’s interests during the delivery phase Lead / Opportunity identification and follow up Quotation and Lead management Responsibilities Manage the overall agency / client relationship. Provide consultation to the client for potential solutions to the challenges that are impeding the client’s ability to achieve their stated goals and objectives. Works collaboratively to develop and execute digital strategies Work closely with Customer to ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt problem resolution. Lead account status meetings, keeping both the client and internal stakeholders up to date with relevant and agreed reporting. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts Proactively leads a account planning process that develops performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period, in line with the Company strategy. Facilitate solution development efforts that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Proactively assesses with the customer, their ongoing challenges and to achieve their business objectives and how Unipro can provide value is addressing them. Coordinates with project teams to create presentable and accurate commercial documentation, such as proposals and SOWs. Record all appropriate sales activity, contacts, opportunity status on the company CRM Generate an effective monthly sales Forecast in a format as agreed with the Head of Account Management and Finance Coordinates with project teams to ensure that completed work gets invoiced in a timely manner and in accordance with correct process. Implementation of an efficient analysis of Sales and associated remedial action where required to include but not be limited to: Review Performance Vs Forecast Review Performance Vs Target (Budget) Accountabilities and Performance Measures Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts. Work with resource management and delivery (PMO) to ensure profitability across the accounts meets expectations. Achieves strategic customer objectives defined for the accounts. Develops and execute strategic customer account plans that meet company objectives. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings Personal requirements To enable the achievement of the above the Account Manager should possess the following knowledge/skills: Specific product knowledge and understanding, relating to key products and services that Unipro provide Proven knowledge of digital strategy and digital product development and delivery. Full awareness of digital platforms, processes and techniques. Proven Account Management skills and experience. Demonstrated creativity in ideas and in the implementation of activities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
