Overview
Our client is a leading international support services group providing Industrial Services, Access, Scaffold & Maintenance services to Blue Chip clients in the Power, Process, Pharmaceutical, Mining, Oil & Gas sectors on their existing assets. They wish to appoint an Operations Director to run a portfolio of high profile clients. The Role Reporting to the National Operations Director, you will hold full P&L accountability for the region, ensuring KPI are met or surpassed. In a highly client facing role, you will design and implement the short and long term regional strategy for organic growth, whilst ensuring Health & Safety commercial returns. The Requirement Degree qualified, you will have a proven operational track record of success and profitable growth in the support/industrial services sector, or allied industry with experience of access solutions or scaffold contracting. Commercially and technically astute, you will have the gravitas and communication skills to lead multi-site, multi-disciplined teams to deliver a profitable business in a group focused on rewarding achievement.
