Regional Sales Director HFG have partnered with a UK insurer to assist with their search for a new regional sales director to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a a sales manager or similar experience to join a team which will run sales and broker performance for the region and deal with the strategic account across the country. Key responsibilities Develop strategies and plans, manage sales pipelines and performance against sales targets. Identify performance improvements and lead engagement where there is a need. Key requirements The ability to coach and develop less experienced team members. Sales experience required. Willingness to work remote.
