A global insurance Broker based in central Bristol are looking for an internal Account Executive to join their professional indemnity team, assisting clients within the recruitment space. Them A global Broker with significant presence across the UK, this team looks after over 6000 clients in Bristol alone with premiums up to £500k. What sets them apart is their genuine desire to be the best at what they do and knowing the only way to reach that point is as a collective unit. The office is laid back yet professional, you will be trusted to be effective in ways which you see fit and are encouraged to challenge the status quo. The role Assisting clients in the recruitment sector, you will proactively provide solutions to their professional indemnity insurance needs across the South West. With leading products available, you shouldn't have any difficulty generating new business, although you won't be targeted on this in year one. With varying levels of experience throughout the team, you will have constant support and on the job training from those around you. You Ideally you will have experience in a similar position, however experience isn't the most important for this role. You must have a desire to learn, the training on offer will be unrivalled compared to others in the market so take advantage of it Key points: No KPI's Basic salary of up to £24,000, OTE £30,000 year one Commission on case by case basis - up to 25% Numbers of areas within the business to progress to, including external sales Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
